Hi my friends. Don't you just love summer? I love the beginning part when school is out and you can kick back and relax but man the later part is so busy I barely have time to think. The picture above is of my youngest and myself enjoying a super hot summer day. The days have been very hot here! It is very dry which means my days are more full. Playing, bike riding, swimming, monitoring swimming, family get-togethers, walks, gardening, watering my landscaping and garden. My list goes on and on.

Now that the lazy days of summer are nearly over due to school resuming the 18th, we are super busy with school shopping, school visiting, eye appointments, physicals, dental appointments. I'm not complaining much, just wondering where summer went. Soon we will be getting up at 6:30 in the morning. Getting my oldest off to middle school by 7:15 waking the younger 3 at 8 am and getting them to the elementary school by 8:30. Then it is house cleaning, running errands, hopefully crocheting until 2:30 when my oldest will come home. I will get her a snack and help her with homework and at 4 pm my youngest 3 will be here. Then it is homework time for all 4 and getting dinner ready. Then we will have a couple hours lull before bath time and bed time at 9 pm. Afterwards, I tidy up, crochet a bit, and I will be in bed by 11 to watch the news. The school days are very structured and full. No more lazy summer days.

Anywho, I have lots to update on. I have tons of pictures to share and tales to tell. I just need more time to get it done.

I do still read the blogs I am subscribed to every chance I get. I miss blogging and reading all the comments. I love you guys!
